I know I'm lucky that I lasted this long (11.5 months pp), but I am NOT in a good mood today. I've been AF-free since October 2009 and I almost forgot how much this sucks. I've taken 4 ibuprofen and I'm still in pain. Why God Why???? Blah, I just needed to vent.

My first pp period after the girls was bad, but my first one after DS almost had me in the emergency room. I actually had to get on medication for it. Bleh.

ugh, I'm so not looking forward to this. DS is 13mo old and I'm now only nursing once a day but AF still hasn't shown up. I feel like it's just any hour now and just want to get it over with already! I've been AF-free since Jan 2008! 3.5 yrs of build up is gonna HURT!

My first few periods were really bad. My cramps felt like less severe (but still terrible) back labor. I still get cramps like that every few months, but thankfully I'm back to normal for the most part.

Even though I EBF for 12 months I never went without a period because DS began sleeping through the night at 6 weeks. I had my first PPP at 6 weeks - right before my 6 week PP check up. Be happy to have had the reprieve.
