My poor DS eats the same thing all the time. Turkey burger, turkey meatloaf, fruit, hamburger, turkey hot dog (without nitrates or preservatives) ,he hates veggies, cereals that he can have, rice cakes. I don't know what else to feed him and he needs more protein and calicum in his diet and veggies. What do you serve in a typical day?
Re: dairy/soy/egg/peanut/tree nut/sesame/shellfish free...what do you feed your LO?

Avocado, hummus, chick peas, black beans. Have you tried varying the veggies a bit? My son wont eat them grilled, but if I give him zucchini, squash, cucumber raw he eats it up.
Green Beans with a little olive oil goes over big.

the Ian's brand (yellow box) are good for fast meals too. they have gluten free/ egg free dairy free etc. i THINK the website is iansnaturalfoods.com they have fries shaped like letters, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, mac and no cheese ( there is a TON of sodium in some, so we only do them 1 or 2 times a month)

If he likes to eat rice, try making minute white rice in rice milk.. it's so much sweeter and you get extra calcium in it. I also add a dash of cinnamon.
My son LOOOooves guacamole. I use the real guacamole dish so it's more fun and dairy/soy free sweet potato chips for dipping. (1 avocado, onion, tomato, salt, lime juice) -really loves this! Good fats too
Yesterday was the first time he didn't want oatmeal for breakfast so i made him couple of crapes and put apple sauce inside.. (let me know if you want the crape recipe - really easy)
"So delicious" yogurt is a good one, but i never give it to him at night b/c he tends to get a sugar rush.
