  I assume you could do this with just the strawberries and not the other berries... just sounds delicious to me!

  ETA: of course there is always strawberry shortcake or freeze them for smoothies later... maybe a strawberry lemonade or I have a cheesecake recipe that has a strawberry topping if you're interested.

  I love fresh strawberries with pound cake and whipped cream mmm.  

  Maybe a chocolate mousse and strawberry parfait?  Strawberry cheesecake?  I also like strawberries on my spinach salad.

  Strawberry Lemonade. The shortcut version is to buy Simply Lemonade, puree a pint of strawberries w/ about a 1/2 cup of the lemonade and then combine the puree with the lemonade. Very yummy and refreshing.

  spinach salad with strawberries

  fresh spinach salad, sliced strawberries, toasted pine nuts, blue cheese crumbles, and raspberry-vinaigrette to taste.  YUM!
