Heat Rash?

Jules has had this rash, or little spots around her mouth for like a month.  It's not always there, it's gone in the morning when she wakes up.  Think it's heat rash?  How can I get rid of it?

    Has she been drooling a lot lately, sucking on a paci more, or eaten any new foods? These too can also give minor rashes around their mouths.

    I agree.....probably not heat rash. Try some aquaphor!
