Oil spray on sale..

if you are dealing with a milk and soy allergy than you know that there are NO cooking sprays that are soy free (if there are, pls share)..

I got a spray pump a while ago and i put olive oil in it so now i have spray and i LOOOVE it.. 

it's on sale for $11 on Hautelook.com - https://www.hautelook.com/product/1935636  you have to register for the site to see it though -it's totally worth it -i'm addicted to that site :)

but if you live near create and barrel, you can just buy it and not worry about shipping expenses. (that's where i got mine)

    Trader Joe's canola oil spray is safe! I've confirmed it with the company on several occasions.

    and i live really close to trader joes but for some reason don't like the store. I'm going today to check it out. it would be nice to replace my DH's pam spray with that for when he BBQ's.. so the grill can also be safe for my LO

    It's in a green can with a yellow cap. Every trip we make to TJ's we buy 1 because we're never sure how much we have left at home... and then we come home to find we have 2 or 3 full cans LOL.
