New to FL, need a Ped!

Hi!

  I recently moved to Maitland from NJ. I am in need of pediatrician recommendations. I'm looking for someone with great bedside manner, not too quick to prescribe antibiotics for every little cough(unless needed obviously), and preferably on the younger side(not someone who will retire when DS and future children are still young). I loved DS's pediatrician in NJ, he was so friendly and informative without being pushy or condescending. 

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Interachen is was recommended to me by my neighbor.  Their Oviedo office is right by my house and they have weekend hours, so it was a no brainer for me!  I really liked them when I went for the prenatal orientation.  They have a Maitland office too.

    Welcome! I'm near you in Altamonte Springs! We go to Dr. Silverstein and he's great! If you haven't been to Crane's Roost yet, it's a lovely family park, FYI :)

    Thank you Ladies!!! So far we love it here. But then again, what's not to love, right? Do any of you happen to know of any local mommy meet up groups? We recently started gymboree in Winter Park, but I'd love to branch out some more:)

    We have been going to Lake Mary peds since my daughter was a baby (she is 5.5 years old now) and we love it there. We have been happy with all of the doctors. They also have a few locations which makes it convenient. Dr. Landis is my favorite from the group.
