I def. want to baby wear again....I wore a hotsling with DS2 which was fine in the beginning but gave me hip probs when he got heavier. I want something that I can put on/together fairly easy, since I will have 2 other kiddos waiting for me. Also, my baby will be born in Nov, we live in PA, and we have very rough winters, cold weather until April. So like I said, something that I can quickly put baby in if we run quickly run into the mall or target or indoor play place for the boys.....etc. And something good and comfy for baby of course! Thanks for any input/suggestions!

Re: Rec. a sling/wrap/carrier for soon to be mommy of 3....
The best carrier is such a matter of personal choice. It sounds like you'll need a two-shoulder carrier, so that rules out pouches and ring slings.
Maybe you could go with a mei tai. The most versatile are wraps, though, With practice, you can get pretty quick with them. I don't like soft-structured carriers for newborns. Also, I find that there's too much adjusting to do between users.
Hi from Pa! As a PP said, it is really about preference, so I will share mine. I love wraps for infants. I start out with the stretchy Moby (it just feels so comfy) and then go to a woven wrap by the time LO is 15 lbs. Around 5 months or so, I usually start reaching for the Ergo or Kinderpack and I use those soft structured carriers ("SSC") constantly from age 1 through age 3 (with occasional wraps for sick baby snuggles). I tried the hotsling, but it wasn't right for me. I do want to try a mei tai with this LO, I think I will like it until baby's weight makes me long for the cushy straps of a SSC.
Good luck picking the right carrier for you!
