Help me spend money at a Natural/Health foods store

I have a bunch of Groupons for a local Health/Natural foods store, and need some suggestions as to what to buy.  what are your favourite basics to have on hand?  I have four young boys.  I'm looking into buying some coconut oil, hemp hearts, maybe some essential oils.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!!

  • Ground Flax seeds, Materne Go-go squeez Apple Sauces, all-natural wipes & hand sanitizer, California Baby Sunscreen & Body Wash/Shampoo, dry foods like French Lentils, Turkish Apricots, Cashews, Dates, Figs, & Pine Nuts, toasted sesame oil, walnut oil, lotus root soba noodles, udon noodles, sesame seeds...

    Perishable stuff:

Organic Meats, Squeezable Kefir (I forget the brand, but they come in bright colors like yellow and orange and have bugs on them, for kids), Stonyfield yogurts, Frozen Acai packets, coconut-based yogurts & ice cream...

It doesn't take much for me to fill a shopping cart at our local health food store!

Thanks! Those are great ideas. I'm kind of a newbie to this Health foods thing.   I figured that this 50% off Groupon was a good way to try it out!

  • bulk foods at a health food store are a great deal.  Bulk beans, Oats, granola, nuts, dried fruits are what I tend to stock up on.
