I'm still off on summer vacation, so I'm trying to get motivated in my last weeks. This nausea and DD being sick really sidetracked me last week. I have to run some errands tomorrow, hope to continue packing clothes away and getting out some of my maternity clothes. Thursday, we have our 1st OB appt! Friday until Tues I am going to my hometown to see family and a rodeo. I am taking DD, but DH has to work so he can't go. Booo! But we will Skype with the baby!
What's everyone up to this week?

I am done overlapping my old 2 nanny families. This week I continue 3 days a week with my 1 year old girl, and start 3 days a week with her cousin, a 4 month old baby girl.
Other than that, not much is going on. H has been out of school for the summer, and only working in the mornings. This meant he was home all day, and would do all the cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, etc. Tomorrow he interviews for a summer job, and then I'll have to start helping out again. I've really enjoyed the time off from household work while being so exhausted. But of course extra money in savings will be great. Hopefully the 2nd trimester really does give us lots of energy!

I don't believe that God ever tells us "no". he has three options. Yes, not right now, or I have something better in mind. We just have to wait & see.
This week, my daughter has kindergarten camp, swimming lessons, soccer and dance. We're also going to spend time with my close friend. I'm excited because I haven't seen her since we told her about "Yoda." I hope that my daughter's busy schedule is a good morning sickness distraction.
This week I work, I have an amazing amount of homework to do (completing my BSN), my two oldest (14 and 12) have sleep-away volleyball camp at Univ of Toledo and my 8 yr old son will be experiencing life as an "only" with Grandma & Grandpa and us - Talk about being spoiled by the end of the week! We have a couple of baseball games with our son that will be fun as well.
We also have our first u/s this Tuesday and first appointment
Quite a bit happening in little ol week 8! Going to see family and a rodeo sounds awesome Gem17 - I hope your nausea subsides soon and you are able to enjoy your time away!

Today I am pregnant & I love my baby!
I have another appt wed and cant wait!! Seeing our baby actually look like a baby is going to be awesome!!! Good luck to everyone at there appts!
Grocery shopping and other errands today. I am also thinking about taking Lily to the pool.
Tomorrow-Thursday I work and Lily goes to daycare.
Friday is going to be all about preparing for our 2 week trip to Maine. We leave Saturday- I am SO excited!!
Edit- I didn't even mention DH because he is pretty much absent these weeks before vacation. LOL I really hate it, but it will be worth it on Saturday!
Saturday is DS' 2nd birthday. We aren't doing a big party since my ILs, BIL/SIL won't make it (long story). I think we are going to the zoo (us and my parents) and then grilling out later. My BFF is getting DS a bigger kiddie pool for his bday so hopefully we can utilize that a bit.
Other than that, not much other than working
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
This is a crazy busy week.
-We put in an offer on a house, and it was accepted. Inspection this week.
-That means we have to rent our condo. So, I'm in charge of finding renters and showing the condo. The first possible renter sees the place today.
-My first doctor appointment is today. A bit nervous for that.
-I have to start packing because we hope to be out by August 1st. I think we will have to stay with my mom for a week or two.
-I have a ton of work to do including quite a few meetings.
All this and I all I want to do is nap. OH, and DH is still out of town, so I'm on my own with all of this.
Helping leading a drama camp in the afternoon- which should be fun.
Also have a bunch of graduate class homework that needs to be finished and sent to the instructor by Wed. (procrastination at it's finest, I could have done this two week ago. . .)
Besides that hopefully cleaning the house and getting some projects organized.
Good Luck to all you ladies with your appointments. Mine is next Tues., so I'm hoping this week goes by fast!
Nothing much. The usual work, things have seemed to finally calmed down. Which is a relief since it was getting pretty stressful.
We are installing Direct TV this week since our Comcast bill skyrocketed when we moved so I'll be glad to get rid of Comcast. Also unpacking some more and prep work for MIL visit at the end of the month. We may hit up a museum this weekend but recently I haven't felt like leaving the apartment to go anywhere on the weekend. If I could I probably wouldn't leave during the week either.
Ooooh awesome! I will watch for you on TV!
GEM- update from the Derby.
was so fun. we were seated on the right field side (the one where Cano was hitting the bombs). Was so disappointed in the National League choices (still bitter that Justin Upton was overlooked for the contest), but it was a very cool event to attend. We were hoping someone would hit it off the scoreboard, but no dice.
