Any moms have this brilliant toy storage?

We are moving and I've down-sized a ton of their toys--all the little happy meal things, weird knick knacks from dollar bins, broken stuff---it was exhausting and I had no idea they had so much crap!

We're moving to a smaller house and losing our playroom and the kids will have to keep everything in their rooms.

Searching for storage I came across the storage bags.

Anyone have them?

Do they hold a decent amount? Are they easy for LO to get their toys in and out of?

It seems the size I linked to is the most readily available. They show other sizes and styles on several sites but no one seems to have them....

TIA!

  • I've never seen this before but I can tell you I want one!  That is probably one of the greatest storage things for kids EVER!

  • I  know!

I packed two large moving boxes of just stuffed animals! We have the hanging mesh things from IKEA where you can tuck smaller stuffies into the bins--but the large bears, etc. take up room and just look messy.

According to one of the user pics it holds up to 44 stuffed animals! That's good enough for me, I think I might just get one. :)

  • I personally don't see the appeal of it, but Costco.com used to carry those things so I'd take a look there before you order them elsewhere.

  • My parents used to have a hammock for my siser's stuffed animals.  But then the animals just sat there, never played with.  I kind of think this would be the same thing.  I know my kid plays with what is out and readily accessible.  So for us, the bin system works and I just rotate bins.  We just use fabric bins and store them in the top of closet shelfs bc we don't have a playroom either.  It also helps minimize the amount of toys out at a time.

I have a triple orange one I would sell for $35 plus shipping.
