I used to crave fruit- cold fruit, and nuts. That is healthy and good for me and my spud. But a few days ago I ate ice cream for the heck of it, and now all I want is cake, cookies, more ice cream, and junk. Did I give my body the wrong signals and make it crave the wrong things by fueling it poorly? Or is this just a silly phase? I haven't been caving in too much.

I just think its your body going through changes as well. I use to LOVE veggies and I gag eating them now
Prior to being pregnant I ate brussel sprouts, broccoli, green beans... and now I barely can get them down. I am okay with fruit. But I definately crave carbs which I never ate much prior and sometimes sweets which I never ate often. I just limit my portions and eat about 5-6 small meals/snacks a day. I haven't gained anything yet so I'm not too worried.
