Small victory!!!

So I was a wreck going back to work this past week. HOWEVER, after just a few days of full-time daycare I am happy to report that LO is taking two 2-hour naps a day (this from a baby who refused to nap more than 30-45 mins at home with me!) AND last night he slept 7 hours STRAIGHT (which he has not done in 6 weeks.) Probably too early to celebrate but I'm sooooooo happy to see some light at the end of the tunnel! 
BTW, he's loving all the kids at his daycare. There are about 6-8 toddlers at any given time and one other infant his age. He's all smiles and giggles when I pick him up and the older kiddos love him!

I felt so guilty leaving him to go back to work (6 weeks), but I am so happy how he has grown and developed with the other kids and his teachers. I feel like I'm a better mom because he has the social development and actually learns more then if he was home with me. He loves his teachers and the biggest reward of the day for me is when I pick him up, as soon as he sees me he gets the biggest smile on his face!
