I need help with a pumping question

I have just returned to work 3 days per week and am nursing in the AM before I leave and have managed to pump 2x's at work and then nurse when I get home. I am away from baby from 7:30 until about 5:30 or 6.

Normally when I am home with her she nurses about every 2-2.5 hrs 9 she nurses frequently but for short periods of time.

My question is - should I try to pump 3x's at work cause my schedule is looking like (below) and I am scared that production will go down if I don't pump that last time before i leave. I was just thinking instead of staying and pumping then rush home and nurse. Because she is suckling so much more when I am home with her. Does it make sense for me to pump closer to a schedule like she is nursing when I am home?

6:30am-nurse

10:30- pump

1:30- pump

5:30 or 6 nurse

9:30- pump

4:30AM- nurse

* if I was to add another pumping session at work I may pump around 4pm but then I worry that when I get home to nurse her I will not be as full. I know this is a bit confusing I hope it makes sense.

It looks like a good schedule. It's similar to what I follow and I work FT+ and have class one night a week. You could add another session and from my experience, there will always be more milk for LO (you just may have to nurse both sides). The upside to adding the session is that you may increase your overall supply (being drained does help!).
