I'm trying to decide on a color scheme for Rye's birthday. I *think* I've decided to do airplanes. Maybe planes and trains.

What colors do you think of when you think airplane?

Dark blue came to mind, like navy blue. How about navy blue, light sky blue to keep it bright, and white or silver? Lots of chrome/silver serving pieces and such like the metal on airplanes.

Primary colors would also work... maybe blue and yellow?

My thoughts are white/light grey, light blue and red. Connor has a toy airplane this colors. I like the idea of yellow too. What a cute party theme!

Red and blue (teal, sky etc) are popular for all kind of parties right now and almost everything I pin on Pinterest under airplanes and things that are in the air in general are in this or some variation of this color scheme. That means it would be easier to find decor and inspiration. If you want to go a little more obscure, I like the look of the vintage posters. Grey/silver, pale blue and usually a pop of color like orange.

any colors would work. I have always wanted to do a airplane party for Eli but havent done one yet. I p was thinking sky blue, red and white. I have lots of cool ideas for decor and invites and stuff to if you need Ideas.
