February 2011 Moms

(slightly late) Weekly walking check in

You don't have an excuse this week!  You should have at least walked a tiny bit with the holidays last weekend!  DD and I have been walking all over town and the blisters on my feet hate me for it.

Saturday: 20 minute walk to the PO

Sunday: 20 minutes then walking at work

Monday: 2 hours of walking.  Stubbed my toe because I wore flip flops and lost the whole tip of it to the sidewalk.  Bad idea.

Tuesday: Decided that due to toe injury, walking was a bad idea. Walked anyways for 20 minutes anyways.

Wednesday: Walked for about 45 minutes

Thursday: 20 minutes again

Friday: No walking.  

Today: We'll be walking all day seeing houses, so I'm going to put 24  hours lol jk maybe about 1 hour total of walking

  • I slacked this week. Still lost a pound for a total weight loss of 43 pounds (27 more to go). I only did turbo kickboxing once.

  • Majorly late response, sorry! I think I walked once with a friend and once with DH. My weight stayed steady - too many get-togethers and eating out, but at least I didn't gain!
