Re: POLL: How many epi pens do you have?

  • 8 juniors for DS and 4 adult Epis for me. They always expire at the same time too. It's a sad day for my wallet when we have to refill them all at the same time. lol

  • We have two for Will. That's all we were given and we really haven't needed more than that; we keep them in the diaper bag so both epipens are with him at all times.
fraternal twin boys born january 2009
  • We have 3 jr's.. 2 in our possession and 1 at school.
  • We have six right now.  Two for each FA child and one set that we recently got back from the school.

ETA:  Oh, and don't leave them in the car.   The Epi's are supposed to be kept around 77 degrees.

DS#3 - Allergic to Milk, Egg, Peanut, Tree Nuts and Sesame

  • We have 2 epi pens for 3 kids with allergies.  None of them has had anaphylaxis, so we didn't get any until we went to Mexico and got them just in case.
  • We have 2, one for school and one for home.  I've been thinking we really need one more since we no longer carry a diaper bag.
  • 2 for now.  once he starts school we plan on getting 2 for the class room and 2 for the nurses office.
  • We have a total of four.  2 for Emma and 2 for Levi... Levi's epipens were just prescribed this past week after his first appointment with the allergist.  Now we always have two pens in the diaper bag with us, and we have one out at home, and another one is in our bathroom with the rest of our meds.
