  I'd get just some sleep bras that you can nurse in for the first few weeks after the baby comes and maybe a nursing tank or two (since they're just sized  S, M, L). Wait and get a proper bra fitting after the baby is here and your milk supply is more regulated.

  Belated, but definitely this.

  Don't do what I did and buy a $50 nursing bra too soon. I bought one around 2 weeks out. My milk promptly regulated even better and I lose another 15 pounds, and went down a band size and up a cup. Yeah, that original bra was a waste. The one I bought at 6 weeks is perfect. I should have stuck with tanks for the first while.

  then definitely wait!  I survived without a bra for the first few weeks, i just had a couple of cheap nursing tanks from Target.  Once I knew we were gonna make it with the nursing thing and i started leaving the house (meaning I needed to wear a bra, ha), i went and got fitted for a nursing bra.
