This is one of my favorite recipes, but I am now egg free as well so I can't make it like this anymore : ( (but may try flax meal as an egg replacer) so I thought I'd share for those of you who can have it!
1 1/2 C chocolate or carob chips (but make sure they really are milk/soy free)
2 C black beans (rinsed and drained)
4 eggs
2/3 C agave nectar
1/2 tsp baking powder
melt choc. chips, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender, poor into greased baking dish, bake @ 350 for 40-45 min
They're awesome!! And *somewhat* healthy! : )
