Can I run with DD in stroller??

We have a Baby Trend jogging stroller travel system. Can I put her in her carseat and run?  How old do they need to be?

    She needs "normal" head control. Not good, not great, but normal head control....meaning no bobbling.

    as long as the head isn't bopping around.  I wish our car seat fit our jogger.

    The stroller directions say three months. I use the carseat. I did begin a tad earlier because LO has great headcontrol.
