arching sideways with head AND legs during BF

Ok ladies...

It is not reflux, DS has reflux and I've seen the arching with the neck and back. This is different. It's like he wants to sit up, so while still latched he'll pick his head up and almost turn it downward and his legs will come up too. He doesn't cry or grimmace, so I don't think he's in pain. It just started yesterday and it's a little strange. 

Any ideas or anyone else experiencing this with LO?

    DS does this. I've come to the conclusion that he wants to sit up and see what's going on and doesn't want to nurse.  He does it every time I try to nurse him.  So now, I have to nurse him in a quiet room in order for him to actually eat.

    DS does this sometimes, when he does, I just sit him up and let him eat sitting up then he seems more content.

    I know DS would love to do this, but I have OALD and he chokes pretty badly if I don't let him lay across my lap and keep his head tilted just slightly down.

    At least I know he's not the only one doing it, I don't feel so worried anymore.
