I've been a mom for less than 4 months. At first, I didn't have any idea on how I wanted to parent, I just thought I'd see what comes naturally.
As I'm happily bedsharing and babywearing (I love my Moby, RS, and Ergo), I think I'm leaning toward APing and I'd like to learn more about it.
Can anyone recommend a great primer on the subject?

Re: What's the best place to start i.e. books on AP?
The Baby Book, or The Attachment Parenting Book, or anything really by the Sears family. Dr. Sears coined the term "AP", but it's really just an instinctual way of parenting children, the way it's been done for many many years.
Some books can be helpful, but I also agree that AP is really just about following the needs of your child, and responding in an appropriate and compassionate manner.
Welcome!!!
