I screwed up... WWYD?

I screwed up. Yesterday was CD 3 and I forgot (?!?!???) to take my first day of Femara. WTF?!?!?!? I guess I have some psychological block or something, as this is my last round before we go for more serious treatment or call the whole thing off. Yep, I'm kinda freaking.

So, my choices are to:

a) Take Femara (5mg) day 5-9, hope that if it doesn't work, body will O again the month after, giving me at least 2 chances before end of Septemeber.

b) Take a second month off, and hope that body has not yet forgotten to O (O's on own at CD23, vs. CD 16 on Femara) - save Femara for next cycle. Hope to O on own cycle after that - possibly could O 2-3 times doing this.

c) Ask doc about trying 2.5 mgs for this month and next, to make the most of the Rx I have? Yes, this is a question coming from a desperate lady.

Any other suggestions? If I don't stop TTC altogether, I won't be able to get to my new RE until late September at the earliest. I'm hoping to O 2-3 times by then - it does seem that Femara one cycle ensures I will O the following cycle, w/o meds.

EDIT/UPDATE: I called RE and am waiting for the nurse to call back re 5-9. Good idea Amanda, and it will bring me peace of mind to have the RE's input.
