Has anyone tried the elimination diet? I am EBFing and Gabe is getting gassier and gassier and his crying is starting to sound like there is pain behind it. After he passes some gas, he'll settle down and stop crying.
I know there isn't an evidence that what mom eats can cause gassiness in baby, but on the off chance that something I'm eating is upsetting his digestive system, I'm willing to see if there's something I can do.
So, tell me about your experience with it.. Thanks!

I haven't eliminated anything but I have a couple friends who have had a lot of success/improvement with eliminating dairy- milk, cheese, ice cream, butter, etc.
I've also heard caffeine, chocolate, garlic, acidic foods (tomatoes/sauce, citrus), cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage), and beans can contribute to gas.
