Prenatal Yoga in Sac?

I'd really like to take a prenatal yoga class this time around. I've never done yoga, ever. A friend told me about Herself Yoga, but their classes are in the evenings not sure if that would work around here... Does anyone have any recs? East Sac or midtown is preferred.

    I also went to herself moms at the sierra 2 center in curtis park. i really love julie (the instructor) and it was a great way to meet other moms in the area, I run into them all the time.

    But that other place looks pretty good too!

    I just started going to the Sac location, and I have no idea what took me so long (other than a very busy schedule!). I really have enjoyed the classes. Julie is great! :)
