Sports Bra Recommendations?

Hey there! I usually post over on the CD board, but thought I might find some good recs here. I had my LO almost 8 moths ago and I am still nursing and right now am wearing 2 sports bras to work out. I am starting a "boot camp" type class tomorrow and would love to find something that can hold the girls in! TIA!

  • I use the lululemon 'tata tamer'... No joke, that is the name! I find that it is a relatively good price for a sports bra and it provides really great support. If you don't have a lulu nearby they have a website you can order from and I find that their sizes are very accurate to what I wear in my regular bras!

The ONLY bra, and I repeat ONLY bra that gives me enough support to run in is the Nike Swift U-Back Running Sports Bra.  I am a 36 D(+) and I've tried other new bras, including the Champion one from Target, which is comfortable but doesn't give me nearly enough support.  Hope this helps!

  • I use an Energise by Elomi - available at Nordstroms or online...  I'm rather well endowed and this thing keeps the girls in place regardless of what I'm doing at the gym.  It's also great in that there is no "uni boob" action either.  They aren't cheap, but they're WELL worth it when it comes to a sports bra!!!

  • I have this bra, and I abesolutely love it! Sometimes I don't even notice that I have it on, and it is very light weight and breathable in case your girls sweat like mine do!

  • I'm a 34DD and the ONLY bra that I will wear to work out is an Enell. It is the best, most supportive bra that I have ever worn. It's a little spendy, but totally worth it. It is a compression type bra and is like a medieval torture advice to put on, but the girls do not move at all.

Depends on your size, but ditto on the Enell.  A friend has a whole stash of them and gave me one she hadn't worn.  I'm a 38DD/F soon to be G I'm sure or what every letter symbolizes GI-NORMOUS.  Anyhoo,  when you're this big you pretty much have to strap them down and not worry about uni-boob.  Having a perky shape isn't a luxury for me.  I'm just trying to keep them from blacking my eye.
