Hi my long lost loves!
Who else over did it on the fourth?!?!? I wasn't too, too bad but man, I had some yummy food!
I gained (another) pound on my vaca. But the good news is I got up at 6:30 AM on SUnday to face the music and weigh in like a good girl. I am back to counting EVERYTHING and doing my exercise (30 minutes in the pool yesterday) and I'm just coming off of my af (tmi!) so I think all the ducks are in my corner this week. We'll see on Monday I guess!
Anyway, just check in and tell me how you're doing. I miss you guys!
Re: BOMB checks
yesterday i wieghed myself for the first time in a month, i was down 2lbs. I couldnt believe it. I havent been working out too often or eating right, but for whatever reason i was down 2lbs! I will take it! Yesterday did 1/2 hour yoga dvd, then in the evening i did 15 mins on treadmill and another 30 on Elliptical. Felt good too. I even got up this morning and did another yoga dvd! Tonight is the hour long yoga class at the gym. Go Yoga!
Also DH loaded movies on my iphone and when i was at the gym i remembered to try it out. Laughed my a$$ off on the elliptical watching Superbad.
I missed the beginning of the BOMB- can someone a)fill me in on what BOMB stands for and b)can I still join?
I've got the idea that its about getting back in shape- I've actually gone to the gym a couple of times recently! So I'd love to join in and get some more guilt trips (I mean, support) to get my tuckus in gear...
I ate way too much the whole holiday weekend! Therefore was a pound heavier yesterday. But today I am back on track and counting and watching everything I eat!

I started BOMB when I went back to Weight Watchers- it was a collectivelly thought of acronym (I think kmrsw was the originator actually) standing for "B!tches On the Move, Baby". We chose "B!tches" as to be inclusive to all women, not just moms. We're all femini-tastic like that.
So, it's not exclusive at ALL, anyone can join in and talk about their successes/fears/motivation/guilt whatever. If you have a post on the topic of health just post it and use the BOMB acronym, I am not at all the only one who can post BOMB threads so whenever anyone wants to on the topic just go ahead!!

*Raises hand* I definitely overdid it over the holiday weekend.
I didn't weigh-in last week because I had my MRI, so I really have no clue where I stand. I'm guessing that I'll be up at my weigh-in today (in about 45 mins). I basically took a week and a half off. I know I need to stop thinking in those terms because this is my body, there is no "off" or "on". Ah, mind frame changing...
So, I'll check back in after weigh-in and let you gals know. I'm sure it's not going to be pretty, but I have to face the music.
Holy hell!! Was I shocked when I stood on that scale. I'm down 2.2 lbs!!!! That officially gets me to my first 5 lbs lost!

I'm doing nothing and its really bad. I've got to start reading this book that my girlfriend gave me. She has lost 80 pounds in less that a year. She looks and feels amazing I want to know her secret... yet there the book sits... taunting me. I need my own personal Jillian to yell at me or something. I seriously feel like my weight is the one battle in life I just keep loosing. I'm really ready to get over that.

I haven't weighed myself in awhile. I worked out twice on my vacation and am back at the gym since we've been back. Super busy, but loving it!
My brother is in town and he's a fast-food-oholic and it's awful, my boys are are now addicted to "nuggets" and no joke, Nathan woke up in the middle of the night crying "NUGGETS, NUGGETS" I was horrified!
