if you don't want to talk about it please feel free to walk right out of this post.
I have not watched much and sorta just knew the short story. Of course with it all over the news and me being bored at work it's on my mind. I'm looking for Facts... timeline ect.
Do you have some?
I heard she had "a smell" in her car which was very much like a human body. But they did not prove it was a human body did they? If not, how could they not have proof in this day and age? If so, what was her reason for having a human body in the trunk? ....usually my kids ride in the backseat.
Re: ? about Anthony case FACTS
My question.
Baez stated she drowned in the pool and the family was aware of that happening. How did she go from the pool to the forest? Who dumped her and why haven't they been nailed for that? Last I heard it's illegal to dump a body....I could be wrong though ((sarcasm))
I don't know a ton about it either since I didn't watch the whole trial but from what I've seen on the news...
The defense said the smell was from garbage that had been in her car for some weeks. No, they didn't prove it was a human body. I guess they didn't have proof because there was no direct evidence of a body being in there.
The whole thing was a mess. It was hard to follow, lol.

The defense argued that George Anthony placed the body there after she drowned I believe. The defense doesn't have to prove anything they just have to plant the seed for possible theories regarding what could have happened. George Anthony did get on the stand and say he never did any of the accusations the defense were accusing him of.
Since they didn't have DNA evidence, I'm not sure if anyone will ever know what happened. So sad.
A parent that had everything to do with said missing child. She's guilty. The sad thing is, all of the evidence was circumstantial. That there is enough to prove reasonable doubt, which is all that is needed.
If I was a juror in that trial, and as much as I know in my soul that she is guilty, I would have to acquit her on (all of) the charges based on the evidence, or lack of.
My baby is two!!! Baby girl 9/17/09
My other baby is still a baby! Baby Boy 11-30-11
She obviously reacted to her child's disappearance in a very odd way that would make you beleive she did not care about her child being missing or potentially did not love her child.
That being said... while I hate to admit this, the trial was not about if she loved Caylee or even if she was upset she was dead, only if there was no doubt that she killed her. The jury could beleive that she was happy the baby was dead and did not love or miss her, but that she did not kill OR even that she might have killed her, but there was enough doubt that they could not convict.
While this is hard to swallow for this case for many people, that is how our system works.
Caylee's memory is the most important thing in my opinion. Whoever was responsible will be held accountable by God.
