Estradiol Levels before Trigger

Hi Ladies - I am currently on IUI#1 and was wondering what your e2 level was before your RE told you to trigger. I am scheduled to trigger tonight with my IUI on Sat morning. My e2 yesterday was only 250ish but they said it had doubled from the previous day.

Also, at my u/s yesterday my follicles were measuring 1 at 17mm, 2 at 13mm, 2 at 12mm and 1 at 11mm. They had me take my last dose on Gonal-F last night in hopes that some would grow before my IUI on Saturday. TIA!

I don't know exactly what mine were at trigger, but I know the appt where my biggest was 16 I had an e2 level of 380. I ended up triggering when that one was at 19, but I don't know how much it went up from there.

Mine was about 900 at trigger. The RE told me I had 2 maybe 3 mature.

Mine was 300 at trigger, and I had 1 mature (21mm) follie, plus loads of tiny ones. The RE told me that number was consistent with 1 mature egg. I've also read that anything between 200-600 is considered normal for pre-ovulatory levels.

I triggered last night and my E2 at my monitoring appointment was yesterday was 422. I had 2 follies, 1 20 mm and one 16.5 mm.
