And I mean dress pants and like a pretty flowy top or something. I do not wear skirts or dresses ever in the first place (it's probably been over 3 years since I have). But I thought maybe I should for my shower, but that along with my GIGANTIC swollen ankles, really makes me not want to (and the cankles start in the morning and go all day long). They are really not pretty.
FWIW, my shower is going to be very small (10 women), with very non-dressy people (unlike myself; I do dress up, often, but with pants), but at an upscale venue. Very random to be honest.
WWYD?
Re: Would you wear pants to your shower?
Whatever you feel comfy in is what you should wear!
I'm wearing a maxi dress but if for some reason I look like a blimp in those, I'll be wearing capris.
I say go for it!

You wear what makes you comfy!!
I'm wearing a long dress, with shorts under of course so I don't start a fire
Dresses are so much more comfy than pants to me right now.
I say wear whatever you want.
I'm wearing Leggins and cute top to mine, I dont want to frustrate myself with searching for a dress lol
I think pants would be fine. I've pretty much been living in dresses this pregnancy because I find that they are much more comfortable than pants for me.
I think dressy pants and a nice top would look great. You can even dress it up more with jewelry and shoes
This, I wore Motherhood canvas capris (shower was in Palm Beach FL, hot!) and a long shirt almost dress looking tunic. I wore pants because I was sitting on a chair unwrapping gifts forever, don't think a dress would have been so modest.
