Well I am back at square one. Bleeding seems to be coming to a stop so I am not going to have the D&C. Now waiting for my period so we can start trying again. My OB said general rule of thumb is wait three months. He also said there is no proof that getting pregnant quicker than that will increase the chance for another miscarriage. Also that any of his patients who got pregnant before 3 months had fine pregnancies. So we decided we are going to try again right away.

We tried right away after first M/c and it took us three months anyway to get pregnant with LO.

So sorry you are going through this. Our RE let us try right away (once bleeding stopped) with a natural m/c...hope you get another BFP quickly!

I was diagnosed with MTHFR last week so I am on a high does Folic Acid/B vit along with baby aspirin. I am giving trying on our own one last shot this month and have an IVF schedule for August. I know it's a long shot but I really hope it works. I have a consult with RE this afternoon to ask about a need for blood thinners if we get a BFP as well as questions around how many to transfer. DH would like to transfer one but we transferred 2 w/DS and only had one stick and 1 w/FET and that ended in m/c...I don't mind twins but the financial aspect is a bit overwhelming.

After my D&C we were told we could try again as soon as AF came back. *hugs* again!

As for us, we're still in the land of not preventing, but not actually trying. I've only been off the depo for about 6 weeks, so I expect it will be awhile. Plus, AF has only been coming every other month since I stoped BFing (probably from the depo)

sorry what you are going through too. My SIL has to get blood thinner shots to herself in the stomach through her whole pregnancy b/c she had a blood clot a couple of years ago. She said she got use to the shots really quickly. I am with you to do two in case one doesn't stick but I see your DH's point of view too. Twins would be wondeful and overwhelming.

I'm still waiting to O this cycle. Hopefully it will be earlier this time since I've cut DD's nursing back to once a day.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I am still waiting to O. I am on CD 39 and am just frustrated. Before I was pregnant with DD I was diagnosed with PCOS, after having DD my cycle regulated and I was having normal cycles every month. Now for the last couple of months it?s all messed up again. Go figure it messes up right when we want to start TTC. I am just frustrated and I just want to move onto next cycle when we are going to start TTC.

I got a super, super light period this past weekend so no BFP. I am not sure what to think about it. I need to get a thermometer and start tracking again to see if that can help me pinpoint my O. I am still BF, but down to once a day.

Hi! I haven't been around in a while but have been back for the last week or so. We are TTC#2, I am on cycle day two right now. Really hoping to be pregnant by fall, as I start school then & it would give me a spring/summer EDD, during my break!

Good Luck to all of you as well. I'm sorry to hear of the losses. I know several people who got pregnant after a m/c once the bleeding stopped.

I'm really sorry about your loss. Hope that you are able to get pregnant again soon.

DD will be 17 months old tomorrow, and still no AF for me. I've been cutting back on BFing, more successfully on some days than others. She doesn't seem ready to quit and I don't want to force the issue. It seems like so many people who BF are able to get pregnant -- I hope that I'm one of them.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I m/c twice before getting pregnant w/ DD and tried three months in a row. My RE gave me the same advice and I hope you get good news soon!

We are TTC #2 right now... had an IUI last Thursday but I'm not feeling super confident about this month.

Well we still aren't really trying but also aren't preventing. I just finished my period so I think we may wait a cycle before trying since my family already has quite a few April birthdays. We really are in no rush but all they recent BFPs are starting to give me the itch.

I'm so sorry again about your loss, nealbl. Just want you to know you've been in my T&Ps lately.

I'm on CD 2. Started temping about 2/3 the way through last cycle, so I'm hoping to get the hang of it before we really start TTC again.

We are waiting until at least mid August to TTC, but it might get pushed back to October...it depends on a couple of different factors. We'll see though.

I think I'm probably in the 2WW now. I tempted and everything the first time around so the element of not knowing when (or if) I Oed is driving me bonkers! I want to know where I'm at sooo bad. Plus not to mention the phantom symptoms are running rampid! I didn't really have symptoms till the cycle of my BFP. But trying for #2... my boobs hurt the other day, I have a major headache today (had lots of headaches in 1st tri last time), along with every other little twinge and what not.

And I really want to POAS! I know I should wait till next weekend b/c this weekend I will get a BFN even if I am KTFU.

sigh...I didn't miss all this at all...

I am so sorry for your loss.

When i had my d&c back in february, my dr said we could try right away as soon as i got my period. So we have been trying since then but my body doesnt seem to want to cooperate with me. I got my period on June 10-17th and then it showed back up on june 25th and i still have some bleeding so i have no clue whats going on but it is definitely stressful to not know. OP I hope you get a BFP soon! I've never experienced a loss so I have no idea how devastating that must be.

We are TTC #2 and I'm just trying not to stress out like I did the first time. This was our first cycle and now I'm just waiting to POAS.

I had Mirena removed on June 21. Dr said I still have a cycle, but since I didn't get periods I have no idea where I am at on my cycle. I started temping and the following Friday (24) I started what looked like my period. Dr said I may spot after getting it out, but this was more than spotting. Same thing Saturday, not heavy but definately what my period used to be. Then on Sunday nothing. I have never had a 2 day period in my life so I'm so confused. My temps aren't telling me anything yet so I don't know where I'm at and it's driving me crazy. I just can't wait to get my period for sure, which will have to happen sometime this month. After that happens I think we will just try the every other day thing for the entire month. Easier said then done though.

I'm waiting for AF to come..any day now then we are TTC. I am excited and scared at the same time..>I too have had a m/c before followed by a healthy pregnancy but it still stays in teh back of my mind..

FWIW, I have compound hetero MTHFR. I was dx after 3 losses and put on a similar vitamin regiment. I got pg immediately with DS and did just fine. This time, with DD, there have also been no issues since I knew to take the medicines. Good luck. Just wanted to offer you some hope Wink

I'm on cycle #2 of TTC #2, waiting to O. I'm worried that I might O while DH will be OOT again. I hope not! Guess I'll see . . . .
