Cramps and bleeding, need advice!

Ok I know I keep posting about this, but I can't stop thinking and worrying about it! I've been spotting since july 4, mostly brown accept for July 4 night and this morning. I called yesterday and am scheduled for an ultrasound today at 4, but now im cramping (period like) and spotting red blood and am needing a liner. It feels like the first day of my normal period. Should I call the doc again or just wait for the ultrasound this afternoon?

I say if you are concerned and feel that 4 is a long time to wait, call! That's what they're there for!

Im no doctor but im 5 weeks 2 days today, and ive been spotting red/brown blood for the past 5 days, everyone ive seen and or talked to said it can be completly normal. cramping can also be a sign of constipation, gas, or just uterus changes. stay positive! lots of t&p being sent your way!
