My doctor told me that my husband should avoid wearing briefs, and stick to boxers or boxer-briefs. She said it had to do with keeping them cool, not necessarily the tightness of them.
So, just make sure your husband doesn't stick his nuts in the microwave, and you should be okay!

The only thing I have heard about tight clothing and TTC is that the man shouldn't really be wearing tight pants because it makes his sperm too warm.
But I don't even know if that's right.
this is all I've heard, too. I don't think we have anything to worry about as far as tight clothing unless you cinch yourself so tight your insides and squished... and you'd probably get other health problems more serious than IF if that were the case.
I've only heard/read that if men wear whitey tightys that it will interfere with TTC (but on their side) I've never heard anything about women and tight clothes.
Um no. I agree with the PP that people will always think they know the reason why you're having TTTC and will give you their opinion. Have you checked out FertilityFriend.com? The bump ovulation tickers really don't help at all but FF is wonderful. The newbie link at the top of the forum board is another great resource. Best of luck to you..
Aw, you resurrected Sweetest's first post. Good times.

OP - AW! Cute question. No, it's not a problem. The person who said that was either screwing with you or they are mentally impaired in some way. I'm impressed at how gentle all of these answers have been, and I hope you have a good sense of humor and a thick skin because that's how it is around here.
Welcome!

People say stupid things - and most of these things are going to make you feel like TTTC is your fault.
It's not.
Don't listen to stupid people.

So many things I want to reply with. Trying to be nice. Biting my tongue. Backing out of post before I offend everyone....
