Graco Swing is dying... help!

We bought the graco swing 3 yrs ago for DS #1, it was gently used.  Now with DS #2, it is a life saver. He takes all of his naps in his swing and won't take naps in his bassinet. Well now the light on it started blinking and barely swings. It only moves about one inch back and forth. Has anyone else experienced this. My DH said he just changed the batteries, so I don't think it's that. Any other ideas?

    Ours is 2.5 years old and we have the same problem. We have to push the swing to get it started and then it moves. I'm hoping it survives a few more months. Let me know if you call and have any luck.
