We are trying to find a middle name we like to go with Adam. Our LN ends in "er", so we don't really want a MN with an "er" or "or" ending like Tyler or Connor.
I would naturally gravitate toward another two syllable name but if your last name is two syllables (you didn't say), that might be a little much and I'd choose a single syllable name. I would pick a name that starts with a consonant.
Here are some examples of the two syllables I was thinking of: David, Michael, Robert, Joseph, Nolan, etc
One syllable names are harder, IMO. Chase or something like it would sound good.
