brita, pur recs please
I need a new water pitcher thing for our fridge. Our place has some hard water and our filtration system is not doing a great job taking out that taste.

we use the aquasana, it's not a pitcher, but it's fabulous, here is the comparison of different filters, which is what convinced us. The price is pretty good too. The cost per gallon is actually half that of the Brita pitcher!
