Recommend your pumping bra

This is my first time on this board so sorry if this question has been asked already.  My twins are due to come early because of complications.  I've already talked to the hospital LC and she says I really need to pump about 10x day to maintain a good supply for twins.  I can't even imagine how time consuming this is going to be.  I know of people who used special bras to attach the pumps so they are hands free.  Any use this and can you recommend one?  Thanks!

    I used a cheapo cotton sports bra - cut a little slit in it and then made it a bit bigger until my Medela flange fit comfortably through it.  Works great and saved $$$.

    I have a LLL pumping bra--it has two front flaps, one for nursing and one for pumping.  It doesn't work as well for pumping as the cheapo sports bra from Target with holes cut out for the flange, so I'd recommend that route.

    And good luck with the twins--I pumped like mad until my milk came in (and they had supplemental formula for about 2-3 days), and I'm pleased that both babies are doing well!  I hope it goes smoothly for you.

    I tried making my own from older bras and the 'hair tie trick' (here:  https://www.kellymom.com/bf/pumping/hands-free-pumping.html) and found they weren't supportive enough for me.

    I actually just made one minutes ago out of an old sports bra and am using it now! I made sure to use a bra with a clasp though, versus one that is a pull over. Though it's the first time using it I already love it!

    I also didn;t feel secure with the "shortcut" routes, I definitely didn't want to pull a sports bra over my head and the other options weren't secure enough. A few near drops with that valuable breastmilk and that sealed the deal - the Simple Wishes bra was TOTALLY worth the $30 on Amazon. I EP, so I pump all the time, and I back the # of sessions rapidly and was getting up to 18 oz per session at one point - that's actuallypretty heavy. I always felt secure with the simple wishes bra.

    I am another vote for Simple Wishes. It is really easy to put on (zipper in the front) rather than going over your head or a clasp in the back. I also pump larger volumes and need the support of the bra to hold them on. Spending $30 when you are pumping 10x a day is totally worth it.

    It is great. I am a 36H, and it was really hard to find a bra that could hold the flanges securely to my body so I could get the most out put without holding them. I used the medela one but it's not as secure. GL

    Also, I don't wear it as a bra. I put it on over my bra (since I only pump at work 2 days a week). I don't think its really supportive for a bra unless you are very small chested, IMO.

    It never occurred to me to actually wear it as a bra. I always just put it on over my bra.

    They're definitely not meant to wear as bras, I think people get confused with nursing bras  : ) For those who don't know, these are only for pumping, they're more like a strap or a band - I keep  mine in my pump bag all the time.

    Love Pumpease (have 2 of them) hate Medela (stretched out and is totally worthless).

    I've had 3 (I work full time and have had to get a smaller size as some of the baby weight has come off)- the Medela, Simple Wishes and PumpEase.  I would definitely get the PumpEase. 

    The pumpease is much more comfortable, not as hot to wear and a big bonus is that it dries more quickly and is super easy to get on and off.  In my opinion, it's totally worth the money. 

    I know the sportsbra trick works well and is less expensive, but for me it's just too convenient to be able to slip on the pumping bra over top of my nursing tank without having to take my shirt off first.
