E's follow up appointment re: weight gain issues

E was born at 7lbs and dropped to 6lbs 10oz before we left the hospital.  On his follow up appointment, 8 days after birth, he was only up to 6lbs 11oz.  We went back today (12 days later) and he's up to 8lbs 13 oz!  Over 2 pounds in 12 days!  Apparently he got my weight gain gene afterall. 

And he has thrush.  My DH called it and I didn't believe it.  He has medication so hopefully it will clear quickly.

    That's great news about the weight gain. Way to go E! Sorry about the thrush. Hopefully it will clear quickly.

     On a sidenote when we were playing outside yesterday Belle kept pointing to your house asking for Claire. I think she missed her lol.

    Thanks, everyone!

    ASP, we may have to hang outside tonight for a bit...watch for us!  I have to run to Target to get a few things once J comes home but we should be here!

    oh wow! thats AWESOME! N dropped from 7lb6oz to 6lb 13oz in the hospital but by her 4 day appt, she was back to 7lb3oz. We don't go back til Friday which will be 3 weeks from the last appt, but I think she's only up to about 8.5lbs.. so the fact that he's gone up that much 12 days is great!!
