Did you take any classes at Brigham's?

My friend delivered at Brigham and Women's about a year ago. She said while she was in the hospital they offered some free classes such as breastfeeding, bathing,etc? Do they still do this? Do you feel like you have time to attend? She delivered C-section so she must of been in the hospital a little longer which may have given her more time to take advantage of these classes.

They do offer some classes you can go to and others you watch on TV in your room (bathing was one, I think)

I did go to the breastfeeding class and definitely recommend it.

i took both.. i agree with the other post.. I would def. take the BF class and would highly suggest the lactation consultant. the bath class was ok, (although in retrospect, i wish i had not let them bathe my dd) They did give a couple good tips but you could prob. get the jist from watching it on tv. hth.
