The doctor told me at 30 weeks that little Eli weighed in at 3lbs 12oz. How much does your little one weigh and how many weeks were you when they told you? Just curious.
At exactly 31 weeks (last Thursday), she measured 4lbs 8oz on ultrasound. It's on the bigger side, but the Perinatologist and OB were neither one concerned by it. It seemed HUGE to me!
I wish I knew. I haven't had an ultrasound since my AS and it doesn't appear as if I am going to be getting another one, my doctor says they are not necessary unless I am having problems. All I have to go by is the "your baby should weigh approximately (this much) this week" from what to expect....

At our 26 week growth scan baby A was 1 lb 8oz and baby B was 2 lbs even. Both gained 6 oz in less than 2 weeks! My Dr. was very surprised. We get another growth measurement on Monday. Fingers crossed that they are still growing well, especially our little peanut.

Glad to hear that some of you are carrying "bigger" babies. I had an ultrasound on 7/5 ( Im 30wks) and now affectionately calling our baby "chunky monkey" weighing in at 4.4lbs, the tech said that was in the 90th percentile.....yikes!
Was wondering...ladies with "bigger" babies....do you have gestational diabetes? I do. Just curious....

Nope, my GTT was under 100, but I am not petite myself and DH is 6'3" - based on family history, we were expecting a big baby. We're measuring about the same then, I was 4lbs 8oz at 30w, 5 days.
I'm 32 weeks today and at my Dr appt this morning, she weighed 4 pounds 9 oz.....I've got a big girl! Crazy because I've only gained 12 pounds. It's ALL her

Same. Today at my appt., my belly was measuring 31 weeks and I'm only 29.5 weeks...
As of last week at 28 weeks, the girls are weighing:
Baby A 2 lbs 10 oz

They are in the 47 percentile.
