Is anyone else shedding like crazy?

I feel like a dang golden retriever. Since about 6w pp, my hair is falling out like nuts in the shower. Pre-pregnancy, I remember I would lose enough to have to clean the drain after a shower, but this seems like a bit much. Maybe I just forgot what losing hair was like because it completely stopped during pregnancy!

Either way...gross.

TONS. Its completely normal. Something about more hair is in the "resting" stage because of being pregnant. Mine just started 2 weeks ago.

Yes! It's quite sad because it was so nice during pregnancy while it wasn't falling out.

Yup. I am pretty sure my hair going down the drain is part of the reason your sewer backed up into our basement a few weeks ago....GROSS!

I can pretty much make a toupee every day after getting ready. The bathroom floor is no longer white.

Yes! And while it's gross, I'm GLAD! My family calls me the hair farmer, it grows extremely fast and is THICK! While this sounds nice, trust me, it's not. I had a helmet of hair when I was pg because there was just so much of it that it stood out like, well, a helmet from my head. I'll be glad to not look like June Cleaver anymore.

You know it's secksy! Ha!

Yep. It's horrible. I'm beginning to think cutting my hair is a good idea...which it isn't. I look horrible with short hair. Sigh.

i can make a wig for barbie every night. it's absolutely disgusting. and i am obssessed with picking up every strand from the bathroom floor. can't stand hair on the floor.

Mine is falling out like crazy, my hair line is receding now though, so I am getting a little concerned. I made an appointment with my dr. for tomorrow, because I have probably had a headache everyday since I had dd. So I am going to bring it up then. I think I have a hormonal issue.

Mine is so bad I'm back to using a guard for my drain so the drain in the shower doesn't get clogged. I am losing sooo much hair, I'm slowly getting a bald spot in the front of my scalp.
