We're having a baby boy!!

I feel so relieved that the baby looks so healthy and active! All the markers looked great and the doctor was very kind. The only surprise was that my placenta was anterior. I have been feeling the baby move and i thought people didn't feel it until later with an anterior placenta.

I'm also excited it is a boy. I would have been just as happy with a girl but my husband lost his father as an infant and always talked about his dream of raising a son. I'm so happy he will be able to fulfill that dream.

Aww, congrats! Boys are so much fun!

My husband also lost his father when he was a baby and wanted a son to have a good relationship with, so while I would have been thrilled with a girl during either pregnancy, I'm glad we have our sweet boys for him to dote on.
