abdominal pain 12 weeks postpartum

Has anyone ever had gallbladder issues postpartum? i am 12 weeks postpartum and on the 19th i started the mini pill (progesterone only).  Last thursday i started feeling bad.  Started having pain on my right side under my rib cage after i ate and through the night.  I have never had this pain before.  i am also having nausea with this.  I really havent been able to eat much since thursday.  Yesterday i felt better during the day, but last night i felt bad again.  I have a call out to my ob because i wasnt sure if this was birth control related.  I stopped my BC on Friday because of this.  I am so scared.... Wanted to see if anyone else has ever had this? if so what were your symptoms?  TIA!
