We found someone to rent our house and they want to come by the end of the week to sign a lease. I am new to being a landlord so does anyone know of a good place to find a good lease agreement?

try scribd.com for free documents. I'm also thinking there's probably a law website that provides different type agreements at a cost for different states. I actually need this too as we're getting ready to rent our place as of August 1st.

I was just going to suggest looking for a document specific to WA state. I'm pretty sure different states have different landlord/tenant laws so being as specific to your state as possible is probably best. Good luck. Smile

We used Rental Housing Assoication. They have all kinds of forms, Pet addendum, smoke addendums, etc,
