I just bought a bike seat to go on the back of my bike. I need to get a helmet for my daughter (20 months old) but am having trouble finding one small enough. Any suggestions?

I bought ours at REI. It's a few years old but I believe this is the model. https://www.rei.com/product/794717/bell-splash-bike-helmet-toddlers
It adjusts to a pretty small head size.
