I am a new SAHM and have been working out while DD takes a nap (around noon) But I am having a hard time figuring out when to eat. I usually eat breakfast around 9, but then by 12 I am hungry but don't want to eat to close to working out. I also feel like I am lacking energy by then as well.
Anyone have suggestions on what to eat before a workout and how long before to eat? Also any breakfast/smoothie suggestion would be great too!

More or less this.. the keebler cheese crackers with peanut butter maybe a few grapes.
