Update: I have my 33/34 week appointment on Thursday. Twice in the last week (after my trip to L&D) I have almost gone back for lack of movement. Im wondering what my OB will say on the subject. I overdid things yesterday so today will be a lazy day. I am very sore and tired. I would be shocked if I didnt nap when the boys nap today (if the boys nap).
QOTW: It was a VERY long weekend for me/us. DH doesnt work Fridays so Thursday night we headed to his moms. She is not one to sit around the house and visit so we had to do something. First she wanted to walk the beach. I nixed that idea because of my pelvic bone. DH had to back me because she kept pushing. We decided to take the boys to the aquarium. It was nice but by the time we got home after some shopping I had to crawl up the stairs. We came home Sunday and started getting ready for yesterday. We grilled and had my sister (and family) and mom over. Fireworks are legal here so we got some to set off. The boys loved it but were up well past bedtime and got up at a normal time today. Im beat.
Update... getting so tired. Of course the heat doesn't help. I have about 6 weeks to go until my c-section and it just seems so far away... already starting to get anxious
QOTW: my oldest LOVED fireworks this year. My little one was scared. She kept saying "no!no!no!" over and over. She relaxed when I covered her ears but still did not enjoy it and I felt bad for having her there then. Meanwhile my belly was a bouncin! Baby was kicking me like crazy during the whole second half of the fireworks! I had a 4 day weekend packed with stuff and need another day to recover now...
qotd: We had a good weekend. Anna slept through every fireworks display, but we had gorgeous weather, went to a BBQ, played in a kiddie pool in the backyard. Good times. Thanks to my tummy baby, I ate extra desserts.
Because we're fancy like that.
Update: Still spotting brown on & off (it'll be 2 weeks Thurs)...u/s showed nothing and I had a cervix check today and everything was normal. MW said she's not concerned at all...could be implantation bleeding finally making its way out..
QOTW:
DH's bday was Saturday...spent most of the day getting ready for a party the next day, but had a nice lobster dinner & presents that night. Sunday had a bbq at our house for DH. Monday went to be parents' house for a bbq. Good weekend, for sure.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
Update- I failled the 1hr GTT, so will be doing the 3hr. tomorrow. I hope I pass, but wouldn't be surprised if I didn't. I've felt like crap most of this pregnancy and ahve this awful bitter taste in my moth all the time. Maybe some type of sugar issues, who knows.

We had my mother and IL's over for lunch. The house across the street had a fire in the backyard, not sure if it was the bbq or firepit? Anyway it meant the police and fire dept. were called and DS was thrilled (he loves trucks)! He was even able to go inside the cab and play around.
Update: Failed my second 1-hour and had to go for my second 3-hour this pg last Friday...passed that with no problems AGAIN. They are going to make me redo the 1-hour at 32 weeks and I'm seriously considering just asking for the 3-hour up front. When I was pg with Ethan, I didn't fail any 1-hours after my initial one and I'm eating and exercising much better this time around. Goes to show you that those things really don't matter when it comes to these tests.
Otherwise, doing ok. Hips starting to hurt more but nothing major. Check-up tomorrow.
QOTW: We didn't do a whole lot this holiday weekend and definitely didn't make the fireworks, for several reasons. Ethan goes to bed at 7 pm, so there was no way he was staying up until 9:30 for fireworks without being a super crabby pants (and he wouldn't have slept through them). My mom and gma are visiting and my gma fell our bathroom on Monday, so we spent 2 hours in the ER getting her broken wrist set. Then that afternoon Ethan woke up from his nap with goopy, crusty eyes and sure enough he has pink eye and a mild dual-ear infection. I can't wait for this week to be over!!
