Squirted ds in the eye with bm

Maybe a silly question but should I be worried about infection or anything?

Nope. In fact most people will tell you that BM seems to have healing qualities and will cure pink eye, ear infections, scratches etc.

Agreed. I purposely squirted my LO when she had a clogged duct.

Nope! If anything, you will have stopped any impending infection in its path. A lot of mothers do that regularly to keep their LO's eyes and noses healthy. Also, I haven't done this, but I know women who will cook something with their breastmilk and make their husbands eat it when they're sick to help them get over the cold more easily. The antibodies in BF don't only help babies, weirdly enough.

My LO has survived BM in his eye, urine in his eye (it would shoot up, hit the bottom of the shelf above his changing table, and come back down)...poor guy. And he's fine!
