I didn't need either last pg. I used a belly band and it was great, but honestly unless you wear panties high they aren't really an issue. Bras, I waited until I needed them and only needed one cup size up in the third trimester.
The girl at the maternity store recommended a support bra for bedtime. I got it but haven't worn it yet. I really do not think I'll need mat underwear. I wear really low cut vs undies, and they sit below my uterus.

My underwear sit low enough that I don't have to worry about them, but I am just making my current bra work for the moment. I'm not so sure how much longer I can do that though. I'm going to have to give in and buy something new soon. I've been holding off because I'm sure I'll get bigger before this is all over! I also usually wear a loose, cotton sports bra at night.

My panties are pretty low for the most part, although EVERYTHING that touches my tummy irritates me these days. Haven't bought any new maternity underwear, hoping I won't need to.
As for bras I have gone up 2 cup sizes already (started small) and am going to hold off on nursing bras until closer to the end just incase.
I bought some extra VS cotton undies one size larger this weekend. I noticed I've been reaching for my comfy ones more often lately, so I figured I'd get a few more pairs! They are hipster or low-rise bikini.
I bought the Hanes boy shorts undies. I wanted something a little more comfy, and less "sexy", so I thought these would be a good fit, and DH says he loves the boy shorts. They are HEAVEN. I am wondering why I put myself through the suffering of skimpy undies all these years when these things were out there. LOVE them!

Ditto and I still have nursing bras from ds so I may not even have to buy those unless my size is completely different this time.

I'm pretty curvy, so when I needed to go up a size I ended up getting one of these maternity/nursing bras. It made the transition very well with DD.
