...that's typical at this point, right? I felt it Wednesday for the first time where I was 100% sure it was flutters, then felt it a lot Wed-Fri. I haven't felt any since. I just wanted to double check that there's nothing to worry about!
I can relate im 17 weeks, and sometimes i feel what seems to be big movements or very noticeable flutters, and ill feel it alot one day and not really feel anything for a couple days... I hate not feeling anything, i love feeling the little one makes me laugh...
Definitely think that's normal. I felt my baby move for the first time at 16 weeks, but for about 3 weeks after that it was very sporadic. Sometimes I would go several days without feeling him again. I'm almost 20 weeks now and it's just been the last week where it's been almost every day, although the movements are still pretty random.
Movement won't get regular until a little later on...I think I started feeling him kick on a daily basis when I was around 23 or 24 weeks? You'll have some days where you feel flutters and some where you don't. Your doctor won't stress really paying attention to movement paterns until your 28 weeks when he or she will start making you keep track of kick counts.
Don't worry at all...I would even count yourself lucky to have felt your LO so early! I was 19 weeks when I felt him for the first time!

This will go on for a few weeks. You will feel it then not feel it....you will feel it sporadically and then a lot, and then not at all. Totally normal and will happen for another month or so. I am 21w tomorrow and have been feeling LO randomly since about 19.5 weeks. There were 2 days this week that I didn't feel ANYTHING. I called the doc because I am neurotic, and she said that is more than normal. She said 28 weeks is when they start counting for movements. She explained it to me like this:
"Your little one is in a huge swimming pool. Sometimes he/she moves along the edge of the pool (in which you'll feel the baby) and sometimes he/she moves and swims in the middle of the pool. (You won't feel anything.)" She basically told me to relax and know that I will be feeling it soon enough.
when i was at 17 weeks i felt flutters of movment but it was not everyday or had any type of pattern. Around week 23 (i think) i started feeling strong movement that i now feel everyday. he even has his own little schedule! he moves a ton in the morning around 5:30am, then again around lunch time and around bed time. He really loves when I kick my feet up for some quite time too, he just goes to town.
Couple more weeks for you and then start paying attention to when your LO is moving around so you can stop and enjoy the moment daily I sure do!
For sure normal! But I remember worrying with my 1st too! Just remember, drs don't start kick counts till 3rd tri, when they want us to feel movment everyday. We'd all be failing the kick counts now!!! GL!!!

It's still early enough that I wouldn't worry about not feeling daily movement. At 17 weeks, some people haven't even felt movement at all yet, so you're ahead of the game in my opinion. Try not to worry.
