I have going crazy reading reviews and ratings on the next stage car seat. Does anyone have any reccomendations? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
We have an Evenflo Symphony and it was easy to install and seems safe and cozy, but it doesn't tip back as much as I would like. We used thr Triumph when we visited my sister and I loved it... but we had already bought the one we have. I liked the myride, but it is very bulky. I found it easier to decide once I went in to stores and checked them out.
Britax does have great reviews and we just bought two Boulevard 70s. One of my friends also recommended the Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 which also gets high marks on consumer reports.
We have the Evenflo Triumph 65. I was debating between that and the Graco My Ride. After trying them both out at BRU I realized that the Graco was just way too big for our vehicles. After doing some further research I kind of wish I would have gone with the Radian just because they are so much more narrow and there would be more room in the backseat. If we have a 3rd child before getting a new vehicle I'd have to get all new carseats because there is no room back there.
I do love the Triumph though and my favorite part is that you don't have to take it out to adjust the straps. They just slide up and down.
Re: Carseat help?
www.carseatdata.org helps you pick the car seat with your car. check it out, it helped me. I also read Amazon reviews
Good luck
We have the Britax Marathon 70. Britax seats are often highly-rated.
For a cheaper (price-wise) car seat, a lot of people like the Cosco Scenera. That has gotten good ratings, too.
Other than that, I see a lot of people with the Evenflo Triumph and the Graco MyRide.
I found this site very helpful.
I chose the Sunshine Kids Radian XTLS. I liked the reinforced side protection it has. It was a tie between that and the Britax Boulevard.
